Capital City Bank – Referral Rewards Personal Checking Account Offer:

The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Visa® Reward Card for each individual referred (Referred Person) to Capital City Bank who registers for the offer, opens a new Capital City personal checking account, and completes all offer requirements within the time specified. To make a referral, the Referrer must be an existing client of Capital City Bank, register for the program at www.referlive.com, 888.402.3165 or a Capital City Bank office, and share the offer via e-mail, text, or social media. A Referrer may receive up to ten (10) Visa Reward Cards within a calendar year ($500 total value), but only one Referrer may receive a Visa Reward Card for each Referred Person who fulfills the offer requirements (the first referrer who enters information for a Referred Person will be the eligible Referrer). The Referred Person may only receive one Reward Card for opening an account and completing the offer requirements, but may also be eligible as a Referrer.
Personal Checking Account Offer Qualifications:

To earn a $50 Visa Reward Card, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral e-mail or on social media, open a new Capital City Bank personal checking account, keep the account open and in good standing, and meet the following requirements within 60 days of account opening:

  • Make ten (10) debit card transactions. Eligible transactions must be posted and settled; excludes ATM and pending transactions.
  • Complete at least one (1) direct deposit of $250 or more. Direct deposit is an electronic deposit of paycheck, pension or government benefits (e.g. Social Security) from an employer or government entity.

The new account must be open and in good standing at the time of reward issuance in order to qualify. For additional information on personal checking accounts, refer to the Capital City Bank Terms & Conditions Agreement received at account opening or view the agreement online.

Referred Persons who have or had ownership interest in a Capital City Bank personal checking account within six (6) months of the referral are ineligible to participate in this offer. Revocable and irrevocable trust accounts and estate accounts are excluded from this offer. The Referral Rewards offer may not be combined with any other offers. The program may be discontinued or changed at any time without notice.

The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The e-mail may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Capital City Bank or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including e-mails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such e-mail. An “opt out” of ReferLive communications does not constitute an “opt out” of marketing communications from Capital City Bank. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Visa Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided. By participating in the program, the Referred Person agrees to a one-time waiver of their privacy rights in that the Referrer will be aware of their opening of a new Capital City Bank account.

Capital City Bank associates are ineligible to participate in this offer.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa Reward Card. The Visa Reward Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the card. Capital City Bank may report the value of the bonus to the IRS as required by law.
