To earn a $300 Mastercard® Reward Card the prospect must register for the offer using a valid offer code located on the offer brochure, open any new First Merchants Personal Checking Account, and complete the offer requirements.

Registrations may be completed online at www.referlive.com/neighbor. This offer cannot be combined with other offers. If you register for two offers, this offer will supersede other promo offers.

Get a $300 Mastercard Reward Card when you register, open a First Merchant Personal Checking Account, and complete the following qualification within 90 days of account opening:

  • Complete one (1) or more payroll direct deposits of $200 or more

Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they "opt out" by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. To "opt out" of all bank marketing communications, please contact First Merchants Bank Customer Service.

Important Note: New customers are eligible for the promotion and may only receive one reward promotional offer. If a new customer has received this reward in the past and since closed their account, they are not eligible to receive the reward again for any future accounts opened by them.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Mastercard Reward Card. The Mastercard Reward Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the card. The Mastercard Reward Cards may be reported as income to the IRS.
