Members Choice - Refer-A-Friend Account Offers:

The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a Mastercard^® Reward Card for each offer completed by an individual referred (Referred Person) to Members Choice Credit Union where all offer requirements are completed within the time specified in the offer. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family, or coworkers. A Referrer may receive any combination of referral rewards, not to exceed $500 within a calendar year for qualified referrals. The Referrer will earn a Mastercard Reward Card for each individual they refer (Referred Person) to Members Choice Credit Union that registers for the offer using the referral link or media shared by the Referrer, opens a new, qualified Members Choice Credit Union account within 90 or 180 days of completing the referral registration (depending on the specific offer) and completes all program qualifications required of the Referred Person. Additionally, to earn the Mastercard Reward Card, the Referrer must be the first person to submit a referral for the referred member.

Members Choice Checking Account Offer Qualifications:

To earn a $50 Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new eligible checking account below, and meet the following requirements within 90 days of account opening:

Members Choice Complete Checking or Cash Bank Checking:

• -Set up direct deposit, with initial deposit posting in the qualification period; AND
• -Keep the account open for at least 90 days; AND
• -Enroll in online banking with e-statements; AND
• -Complete twelve (12) or more non-ATM Debit Mastercard transactions

Members Choice Opportunity Checking:

• -Set up direct deposit, with initial deposit posting in the qualification period; AND
• -Enroll in online banking with e-statements; OR complete twelve (12) or more non-ATM Debit Mastercard transactions

Members Choice Personal or HomePlus Loan:

To earn a $50 Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register and open a new Members Choice Credit Union unsecured personal or HomePlus loan with a minimum loan balance of $10,000 or greater within 180 days of completing the registration.

Members Choice Boat/RV Loan:

To earn a $100 Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register and open a new Members Choice Credit Union boat/RV loan with a minimum loan balance of $25,000 or greater within 180 days of completing the registration.

Members Choice Auto or Pre-Owned Loan:

To earn a $50 Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register and open a new Members Choice Credit Union auto or pre-owned loan with a minimum loan balance of $25,000 or greater within 180 days of completing the registration.

Members Choice Mortgage Purchases:

To earn a $250 Mastercard Reward Card, the Referred Person must register and open a new Members Choice mortgage with a minimum loan amount of $50,000 within 180 days of completing the referral registration. Offer only valid for new residential home purchase mortgages. Refinances are not eligible for this offer.

Members must meet field of membership requirements at the time of account opening.

Rewards are based on each product or account type opened. Savings Accounts, Student Checking and Business Checking Accounts are not eligible.

The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Members Choice Credit Union or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Mastercard Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer after all offer conditions have been met in the time frames provided. Eligible products and reward values are subject to change at any time.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Mastercard Reward Card. The Mastercard Reward Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the card. The Mastercard Reward Cards may be reported as income to the IRS.
