Refer-A-Friend Checking Account Offer:

The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $100 Visa® Reward Card for each individual or a $50 Visa Reward Card for each business referred (Referred Person) to Provident Credit Union that registers for the offer, opens a new personal or business checking account and completes the other requirements. To make a referral, the Referrer must register for the program and share the offer with their friends, family or coworkers. A Referrer may receive up to a $500 value in Visa Reward Cards within a calendar year, but only one Referrer may receive a Reward Card for each Referred Person who fulfills the requirements. The Referred Person may receive one $100 Reward Card for opening a new personal checking account and completing the requirements and one $150 Reward Card for opening a new business checking account and completing the requirements. The Referred Person may also be eligible as a Referrer.

To earn a $100 Visa Reward Card, the Referred Person must register for the program in the branch or by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new personal checking account, and complete the following requirements within 60 days of account opening:

• Have one (1) or more debit card or credit card purchases totaling at least $400, AND
• Have one (1) or more direct deposits or automatic credits totaling at least $500, AND
• The account must be open and in good standing for a minimum of 60 days.

To earn a $150 Visa Reward Card, the Referred Person must register for the program in the branch or by following the link provided in the referral email or on social media, open a new business checking account, and complete the following requirements within 60 days of account opening:

• Have one (1) or more debit card or credit card purchases totaling at least $400, AND
• Have one (1) or more direct deposits or automatic credits totaling at least $500, AND
• The account must be open and in good standing for a minimum of 60 days.

Youth Checking accounts are ineligible for this promotion. Members must be 18 years or older to participate.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa Reward Card. Referrer Reward Card will be sent to the physical address provided at program registration. New account holder Reward Card will be sent to the physical address provided when opening the new account. Reward Card may be reported as income to the IRS.

The Referrer authorizes the sending of communications to each Referred Person. The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Provident Credit Union or ReferLive. Each person who registers at ReferLive authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive or within such email. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided. The Reward Cards will be mailed to the addresses within the ReferLive registration system. This offer may be changed at any time without notice.

Provident Credit Union employees will not be eligible to refer and receive the incentive.
