The person making the referral (Referrer) will earn a $50 Visa® Reward Card for each individual
referred to United Federal Credit Union who opens a new UFCU checking account and completes the other requirements within the time specified
in the offer emailed to the referred person. To make a referral, the Referrer must submit a valid email address for both the Referrer and each
referred person. Additionally, to earn the $50 Visa® Reward Card, the Referrer must be the first person to submit a valid email address for the
referred person. Only one $50 Visa® Reward Card will be issued for the referred person. A Member may receive up to ten (10) Reward Cards
($500 value) within a calendar year.

To earn a $50 Visa® Reward Card, the referred person must open a new United Federal Credit Union
checking account* and complete all of the following requirements within 60 days after account opening:
- Two regular payroll or government direct deposit of at least $250 each AND
- Use the debit card 20 times without PIN AND
- Keep the account open for at least 60 days

Rewards or Ultra checking account required to earn Reward Card; $50 minimum deposit required to open and must keep account open for minimum of 60 days. Qualifying activities must post to your account by 6:00 PM on or before the 60th day from checking account opening. Must be 18 years or older. Account must be open and in good standing at the time of qualification to receive the Reward Card. Current United Members may earn Reward Cards as a referrer by registering their information and referring friends or family. Reward Cards mailed within 4 to 6 weeks of qualification. Members limited to $500 in Total Reward Cards for this program per calendar year. Employees of United Federal Credit Union, volunteer officials, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible to receive Reward Cards. Terms and conditions apply.

for any federal, state, and/or local taxes on reward items.
